The Option 2 Client and Worker Database Over the last two years, Mike in our admin department in Cardiff and the Vale has been working with some bought in IT experts on developing a statistical, reporting database. We felt that we needed something that brought together all of our client recording systems in one place and could output client information for use by therapists and statistical information for use by managers and funders. It is nearing completion and Mike has put together a PowerPoint that explains in more detail.
